It's December! I'm going to sound old now but where has the year gone?? Jade's off to New York this week. I'm so jealous! Jenny is covering again and she made so lovely mince pie's. Trouble is I hate them, but don't they look nice. Better than shop one's!
Went on the More party bus for a bit on Friday which was fun. The pic's I think will be up later so watch out for them. In the meantime here is a pic of me. Not sure what made me ill but when we got to the Bowlplex I felt a little sick. Really not sure what it was????

It seems our newsreaders have a habit of dreesing up. Jad has been a pirtate,Ski Barbie and more recently Big Ron off of Eastenders. This morning I get Jenny as Jade is on holiday and she dressed like a Mexican.
Looking forward to the party bus the weekend and catching up on sleep. Off to do the best of show and more importantly brekky. Back Monday punks!!

I'm ILL ILL ILL. Working to hard and not enough sleep! That said got to chat to Lucy Pinder last week. Which was great for Two reasons!!! Wahey never bored of that joke.
Also very happy as I brought myself a puppy. If you look at the pic he's the little fatty on the left. Think I might name him after my dad that passed away in Jan, not sure yet!
Right off to write my DV8 article and to do 4Play.

After the show this morning we had a visitor from a listener who lost his doggy. Luckily cos we are great we did a shout out and he was found. I'll be honest right now I can't remember the name of the dog, think I was calling him He-man cos it sounded like it and Ewok cos he looks like one!
Anyway here he is pictured with me. I'm the one on the right who hasn't got his lipstick out! Clearly the dog is excited to meet me!!!
What a cute dog! I want one and not just for Christmas!

In the words of Destiny's Child, Bills, Bills, Bills. I just had to pay for talking on my mobile whilst driving. I accept that one! Don't do it cos you get points and £60 fine. Also got a penalty charge for the stupid London congestion. Even though I paid it, they want to charge me £60. also had to pay my phone bill and my council tax £90. That I do hate paying.
Loving I'm a celeb at the moment, it is just great tv. Looking forward to having a nite in chillin out watchin that! Bow-Yeah came dressed in yesterday as Big Ron from Eastenders. If you don't remember him he was one of those characters that had a market stall and never spoke. He always used to wear a sheepskin jacket just like the one that Jade had on.

Here is a couple of pics before and after my haircut. Got slagged off from showbiz hairdresser to the stars Jonathan Long. So he sorted it for his bro to sort me.
Cheers to Matt from Stones in Moordown who is a very nice man and is great at cutting hair, so go and see him. We'll also get him on the show in the next few weeks.
Here's the before and after. Hopefully you can tell which is which. Only prob is I look v v miserable on the new hair pic. Bearing in mind though that I am ill and have been awake since half 5 and it is now half 2!

As promised yesterday I have just filmed the amazing lady pulling dance. It will be up on line a bit later.
The reason is according to reseachers that women find men who can dance attractive. I agree as well. So if you want the ladies you need to be a bit like this.....

What a random day. Coolio came in for a chat and we ended up going to Tesco on Castle Lane together. Mr Coolio also loves cooking and for the next week we have "Cooking with Coolio" or as he likes to call it "Coolio's Cafe, Ghetto Gormet". Think mines a better name.

Ok so sometimes I wouldn't turn upto someones birthday party, but if someone had organised mine I think I would. She didn't go to her own 25th as she realised,her words not mine "Im ugly." Whatever made her think that???
Over the weekend I realised that I never get cuddled in bed. Infact women never cuddle men. Its always the otherway round. So the idea is that tonight women of Dorest should cuddle your man and let me know how this was! It might seem odd but it would be nice to be cuddled instead of the other way round.
Although someone did point out that if a woman goes to cuddle up to their fella then the bloke might read the situation wrong and expect something else.

Well looks like we all survived the big bang explosion that took place in France/Switerland. Thats obvious really as I wouldn't be writing this if we hadn't.

Is take them on a Rollercoaster. Apparently the rush releases a hormone that smells that makes someone fancy you. Although I'll be honest everytime time I go on a rollercoaster I release a smell, but it def wouldn't make someone fancy me.

I'm Back after a week and a half off. Its actually really good to be back. Didn't miss getting up but missed doing the show(How Sad)!
Since I've been away I've noticed that I am no longer on the homepage which I'll have to sort out. Miss seeing my ugly mug on the left handside!
I've noticed recently a rise in the amount of Chuggers in Town. Thats a Charity Mugger by the way and here is a pic of one so you know to avoid them.
Also moved Flat which is a pimp flat with a remote control for the lights and its own wine fridge. How nice!

One more day then a week and a half off. I really need it! It was the first weekend of my Fire Fantasy Football team. And I got 5 points and 2nd from bottom. Only Daniel Baker is below me on -1 and he knows sod all about football.

Talking about bikes that I had when I was younger. Here's a pic of my first bike, actually a hand me down from my sister. It was called a Budgie, like a mini Chopper.
So can't wait for the weekend. Its so dark and wet in the mornings and not fun getting up at 5.30. Had a busy day yesterday with the other half. Had and nice meal at Room 6 and before that the other half went and had her lip waxed. Here she is before.....

I neeeeeed to tidy my desk it is a mess. Full of paper, CDs, food wrappers and just a mess. Here's a pic to prove....
Watched that Embrassing illness programme last night! Why the hell would you go on there so everyone knows your problem??? One guy had bad piles for 40 years. Another guy had athletes foot which was more like foot rot and another woman had a v v v smelly problem!

I'm annoyed right now!!!!! Anyway Bow-Yeah is back from her week off. I would say looking refreshed, but she forgot her make up.
She got back last night at 8 and realised she left it back home. So decided to get up early this morning and get some from the 24 hour Tesco. Which was shut. Therefore its not really a 24 hour Tesco.
I wish it was open as I had to see her without the make-up. I took a pic of her so Im not the only one that has to suffer that.

Been to Fitness First twice already this week and going again this afternoon for some circuit training. Already I've noticed that the arms and biceps are getting bigger. Tues 15th July
Im trying to lose the little belly ready for a holiday. Need to buff up and get down the Gym. So I've started by cutting out all the Rustler burgers, Kinder Maxi bars and crisps that I would eat throughout the morning after the show. I've also started to eat cereal in the mornings and brought fruit.
Speaking of which got sent some fruit this morning from Gary who works for Mark Hall. Here is a picture.........

We did a Fire sweepstake for the Euro 08 championships. Which was won by listener Lisa. She came in on Friday to collect her £15 winnings, it would have been £16 but listener Adam didn't send us his £1.

An obvious fact this morning. Women hate mens feet! I agree feet are big flappy gammon like and sick! To any women reading this, us men hate your feet as well. At least our toes are supposed to be hairy. By the way I have 7 hairs on my right toe and 11 and the left.
Just asked Niall if I could take a pic of his feet to prove that feet are gross, so here is Nialls feet......
Also we have a load of XXL Fire T-shirts so we offered them up on the text. With 40 takers I'm now going to be busy for the rest of the day posting them out. Sometimes I wish I could keep my mouth shut!

There is this age old arguement every year that exams are getting easier!
So we put this to the test. We recreated the 11+ exam that old people (your parents) sat. Nicky from Winton failed hers years ago and had to go to Thick school, instead of the clever one.
It was her Vs Bow-Yeah and Bow won. Proving that exams are not easier and also that Nicky is still stupid.

I'm back!!!
Went home for a week to chill out. The much needed break! Was a bit scary towards the end of the week as the other half came up to visit. Luckily everyone got on, mum liked her, she liked mum and most important big Sister gave a thumbs up!!
Highlights of the week include a visit to Kessingland Wildlife Park which included watching Chimps havin it off or grooming each other as we told my nephews and also meeting the Beach Bunny.
I used to work on a radio station back home called The Beach 103.4FM. When I first started doing this job the presenters had to take it in turns to dress up as the Beach bunny. Mostly it was me cos I was the tea boy and only had one show on a Saturday night when I was called Ultimate Dave. Thanks Simon Tims!
Anyway here is me and the bunny. Whoever that is in the outfit, don't worry radio life can only get better.
Weds 18th June
Just ahead of Wimbledon I am ahead in a tennis challenge between me and the other half. I won the first set by 7 games to 5 and ahead in the second by 5 games to 4 I think??
Its slighty bad that the scores are very close although you do have to take into account that nearly qualified for Wimbledon and she has a UK Champion and once played Cliff Richard on Centre court. Evidence for that will be online tomorrow when she sends me the pic to prove it!
Went for a wee after the show this morning and noticed 4 grey hairs. This is not good. Im getting worried, but the more I worry the more they go grey. I can't win!

Worked out this morning that hairdressers and Mum's would make great spys! This after some spy left important documents about Iraq on a train. Mum's would never do that and if they did they would remember where they left them.
As for hairdressers we could send them in and get them to extract out info whilst cutting hair..... " Day off Work", "Going on holiday this year", "Where are those nuclear bombs"? Think that would work!
Also came up with a great name for a Heavy Metal group as its the Download Festival this week. Mine wo/Users/bethmcdermott/Desktop/TextAlert.mp3ulk be called "Death By Chocolate". Rock on!
